At Phitkaari, we ship premium natural alum deodorants swiftly and securely. Orders placed can't be changed or refunded once submitted—final sale applies.

Order Confirmation and Exchanges

  • Products aren't returnable post-sale. Exchanges only for transit damage, wrong items, or lost shipments—report within 24-48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

  • We'll swap with a new unit promptly after verification. Note: Natural crystal decoloration during use is normal and doesn't impact effectiveness—no exchanges for this.

Unboxing and Damage Reporting

Inspect packages immediately. Record a full unboxing video (clear, unedited, from opening to contents reveal) and send to support within 48 hours. This proves damage or shortages. Without it, exchanges may be denied. We'll escalate valid claims to couriers.

Our warehouse uses camera-monitored packing—if footage shows we shipped correctly, we're not liable for losses.

Shipping Updates and Variations

Expect Email/WhatsApp/SMS tracking—ensure your settings allow them (we're not responsible for filtered messages). Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or climate, but quality stays consistent. Packaging upgrades might arrive before site updates.

Allergies and Use

Rare with our pure ingredients, but patch test first. Stop use for irritation and consult a doctor.
