We prioritize your hygiene, safety, and satisfaction at every step. As personal care products meant for direct skin contact, Phitkaari items are non-returnable once delivered. Opened or used products can't be resold or reused, ensuring top-tier purity and safety standards. Thank you for supporting our commitment to a clean, reliable experience.

Wrong, damaged, or missing items?
No returns on sold products. Exchanges are limited to cases of transit damage, incorrect items shipped, or lost packages—but requests must be filed within 24-48 hours of delivery. Natural decoloration during use is expected with crystal alum and doesn't affect performance, so it won't qualify for exchange. Our warehouse packs under video surveillance; we'll review footage for discrepancies. Report shipment damage immediately with unboxing video evidence so we can escalate to the courier. For suspiciously light packages, capture the full unboxing process for verification.

Post-use issues?
Phitkaari's delicate natural crystals need gentle handling for longevity. Misuse or mishandling damage isn't covered. We won't exchange for allergies, preferences, scents, or color shifts. Our team reviews all claims fairly, but post-use concerns must be raised within 2 weeks of delivery.

Allergies or irritation?
We use safe, natural ingredients, but always do a patch test first—especially for sensitive skin. Stop use if irritation occurs and consult a doctor. Follow instructions to avoid risks.

Cancellation Rules
Cancel prepaid orders within 2 hours for full refund. After that, a ₹100 fee covers shipping, handling, and processing costs. Shipped orders can't be canceled. If refused (RTO), we'll refund the balance (post-deductions) to your original payment within 5-7 business days after receipt. Frequent COD cancellations may result in voucher refunds at our discretion.
Delivery Delays?
We ship within 48 hours; couriers deliver in 3-10 days based on location. Delays from weather or logistics happen—contact support if exceeded, and we'll assist or expedite where possible. Expect Email/WhatsApp/SMS updates; check your filters to receive them (we're not liable for missed notifications due to settings).
Note: No refunds for delays, but extreme cases may earn a discretionary voucher. Packaging evolves— you might receive an upgraded version before site updates.
